I live in Texas but the work was performed on a property in Richland Wa. I was able to effectively communicate with Ruben using email and phone. He also worked with my tenant as needed. This job involved painting the resident's interior. I found him to be very straightforward and honest with his estimates and identification of what would and wouldn't be covered in the job. The paint crew arrived on time and was very respectful to the tenant. To my surprise, the job was completed ahead of schedule. We didn't meet face to face until after the work was complete. I plan to use him in the near future to paint the exterior of the home.

They repaired water damage in the bathroom area (including hanging wallpaper to match the pattern!), repaired wooden molding, sprayed "popcorn" ceiling up, removed old wood wall paneling, and their painting was very good, too!
